More Travels

I noticed that It's been almost 2 years since I haven't written a single post on this blog.

Well I'm deadly busy and it's really hard to keep this shit updated. At least, it's a pretty good source to keep my travels.

Let's see where I've been since June 2006.

First of all, on the 12th of June 2006, I returned to my home town, Istanbul after spending 2 marvellous years in Western Europe based in Paris.

After my return I didn't feel like traveling at all, however the newspaper (Hurriyet) I was working for (as a freelance) wanted me to go to Cologne, Germany to cover Photokina. Photokina is a bi-annual image fair.

Let's see the trips:

September 2006 - Cologne, Germany

August 2007 - Mykonos, Greece - A 3 day fucked up journey to the gay capital of the mediterranean. Got tired of seeing shaved asses.



November 2007 - USA - New York and Boston - Endeavor Gala and MIT G-Lab conference, very intriguing.

January 2008 - USA - Boston, Vermont (Killington), New York - attended the Harvard Business School Global Business Plan Contest organized by the Entrepreneurship club. (I won the goddamn contest!!) - Thanks Sina for organizing this shit and thanks to Pinar for spending 8 hours on my presentation.

Later on I went to Killington, Vermont to celebrate the fucking HBS trophy.

February 2008 - Barcelona, Spain - The Mobile World Congress, one of the most insane fairs I have attended. So many people to meet and get introduced to and so many business opportunities. It was quite productive.
